I've set up my account, now where do I set up a password?
You are encouraged to go to the "create account" page after you've set up your account to choose your own password.
Why do I need a password and login to order items?
Creating a personalized username and password allows us to track your orders and include information such as your High Touch delivery location and track past purchases to help make ordering your item(s) easier.
What methods of payment do you accept for my order?
You may purchase and pay by personal credit card. You may also bill to High Touch and your order will be processed if approved by your supervisor. If you select bill to High Touch, and are not approved by your supervisor, your order may be delayed.
Why am I having problems with my shopping cart?
